Cookies and Other Technologies

Like many websites, http://easyrider.live uses cookies to make the Website work as you would expect it to. A cookie is a small string of data sent by the Website that is stored in your computer’s Internet browser and provided back to the Website each time you interact with the Website to uniquely identify your browser. Cookies do not convey Personal Information about you; they provide anonymous information to us regarding how you use the Website. We may use session cookies, which are temporary cookies that disappear after you close your browser and/or persistent cookies, which remain on your hard drive after you close your browser and are reloaded when you open a new browser session.

For example, Dayglo Presents and our ticket service provider, advertisers and other third parties may use a variety of technologies to learn more about how you use the Website. Below is a list of the different types of cookies used on the Website, including an explanation of what they are used for. This information can help us and our partners better understand your interests in order to enhance functionality and personalization, such that over time, our Website content reflects your preferences.

In addition, they help us better gauge the relative effectiveness of marketing activities. For example, we may be able to determine which inbound links to a particular webpage drove subsequent interactions with the Website functionality such as contests and promotions.

All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our Website, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Additional Information for California Residents/Customers

A California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California Customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any unaffiliated third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of a request by a California Customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom personal information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed.

However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists if the business adopts and discloses to the public (in its privacy policy) a policy of not disclosing customer’s personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to the disclosure or gives customers a mechanism to opt out of having their personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Rather, the business may comply with the law by notifying the customer of his or her right to prevent disclosure of personal information and providing a cost free means to exercise the right.

We have opted for this alternative approach. Dayglo Presents does not disclose users’ Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties without the users’ consent. Therefore, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of unaffiliated third parties that received your Personal Information for marketing purposes.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us by email at privacy@daygloventures.com or by mail at Dayglo Presents, Attn: Privacy Officer, 104 West 29th Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
